Terms of service

1. About us. Pillion sells phone cases online through this website and is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us using the details on our Contact page.

2. Orders. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars or pounds sterling, depending on where you shop from, and include import duties and taxes for US and UK orders. We take payment when you place your order.

4. Delivery. Our stated delivery time is up to 6 weeks from dispatch. An order delivered within this period has been delivered on time, and we are not liable for delivery taking up to 6 weeks from dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund. If we cannot dispatch your order promptly, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Cancellations and returns. You can cancel an order at any time before it ships. Returns are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Product information. Product images are renders of the final design, and the production case may differ slightly in finish. Each case is designed for the iPhone model named in its listing (iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro Max or iPhone 18 Pro) and for the Pocket AI voice recorder only, and does not support MagSafe chargers or accessories. Pillion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Pocket. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc.

7. Our liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier or customs delays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you live in the United States or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
