Shipping policy

Dispatch. We will email you tracking details when your order ships.

Where we ship. We ship free to the United States and the United Kingdom. UK orders are limited to 3 cases per order, and we can't ship to Northern Ireland yet.

Delivery time. Please allow up to 6 weeks from dispatch for your order to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, but international carriers and customs checks can add time. Delivery within 6 weeks of dispatch is our stated delivery time and does not count as a late delivery.

Duties and taxes. For US and UK orders, our prices include import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

If your order is delayed. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of dispatch, contact us and we will give you a full refund.

Damaged or wrong item. If your case arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
