Refund policy

Cancelling an order. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Returns. You can return an unused case in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions. Unless the case is faulty or we sent the wrong item, return postage is your responsibility.

UK customers. You also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window includes this period.

Faulty items. If your case is faulty, we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage.

Refund timing. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or within 14 days of you cancelling an order.
